**Position Details**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Respond to public inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate and process packages and mail couriers (Registered letters, Fed Ex/Purolator, ICS, inter-office mail, and local couriers); complete all daily waybills.
- Administer outgoing cheques, statements, invoices, renewals, etc., as needed.
- Provide security access cards.
- Provide administrative support as required: typing, filing, mailing, photocopying etc.
- Assist in maintenance, organization, and upkeep of the entire office area.
- Contact landlord for required service requests.
- Ensure all copy areas are equipped with supplies including copier paper, letterhead, and envelopes.
- Handle end-to-end orders for supplies requested from different departments.
- Assist with the maintenance of access cards, parking tags and logs and ensure supply cabinets are replenished periodically.
- Assist with the maintenance records for offsite storage facility - retrieve/return/add boxes.
- Process Purchase Orders and invoices.
- Receive and direct calls to appropriate employees.
- Assist with receptionist tasks when required.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

**Who You Are**:

- Post-secondary education in administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a corporate receptionist or administrative role.
- Experience in customer service and tending to the phone.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently, well organized, customer focused.
- Can easily adapt to a fast paced and changing environment.
