Our **Marketing Associates** play a vital role in enhancing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through strategic marketing efforts As an essential part of our team, **Marketing Associates** bring their unique ideas and solutions that help us reach even greater heights

**Responsibilities of the Marketing Associate**:

- Assisting in the creation and implementation of promotional marketing campaigns and events
- Working closely with sales and product teams to develop impactful marketing materials for distribution to customers and internal stakeholders, and enhance brand recognition
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential customers through engaging and personalized product presentations
- Identify and target specific customer segments and markets to drive focused marketing efforts
- Gather and organize customer feedback in a clear and accessible format for review by company management and leadership
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to monitor campaign data, analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, and review sales records
- Fulfill any other duties as assigned

**Requirements for the position of the Marketing Associate**:

- Educational background in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field is an asset
- 1-3 years of related experience in business, marketing, customer service or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer-focused attitude
- Full-time availability
- Must be willing to work in person and travel to our office for work every day

Pay: $44,200.00-$55,000.00 per year
