Peterson has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Leasing and Administration Manager to join our residential team at Camellia at The Gardens (10820 No. 5 Road, Richmond). Reporting to the Property Manager, the Leasing and Administration Manager will be responsible for ensuring the optimal management and administration of the tenant lifecycle at the property and help enhance the overall value of the building.

The Leasing and Administration Manager will work alongside the Building Manager to take care of the property. The ideal person would be an adaptive team player with a customer service focused mindset, have a keen eye for details and strong administrative skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Overseeing all aspects of the tenant lifecycle;
- Marketing of vacancies by posting vacancy listings;
- Corresponding with enquiries in regard to vacancies;
- Arranging showings of units and ensuring RTA Notice of Entry for tenanted units is adhered to in leasing occupied units;
- Corresponding with head office for completion of credit checks and reference checks;
- Being responsible for tenant administration paperwork flow and processing;
- Tracking and updating the tenant insurance certificates;
- Assisting with security audits;
- Ensuring all rents are received, pursuing delinquent rents, NSF cheques and PAP withdrawals;
- Creating and posting of notices, including Notice of Entry, Notices to End Tenancy, etc.;
- Assisting with drafting and distributing letters, notices, contracts and other correspondence related to the administration of the property;
- Assisting with researching quotes and other information for special maintenance and capital projects;
- Generating occupancy reports and providing reports on tenants or properties as requested;
- Scheduling move in and outs and other inspections as required;
- Adhering to and upholding RTA requirements in all aspects of tenancies; and
- Responding to emergencies and on-call duty, as required.

**What You Bring**
- Completion of high school diploma;
- 1 years’ experience in a similar role providing administrative support within an office or real estate environment;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in performing duties;
- Quality writing and editing skills and ability to work with and interpret leasing information and documentation;
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize demands without compromising quality;
- Building and sustaining positive and professional relationships with tenants, contractors and co-workers;
- Communicating clearly and concisely both in verbal and written communications; and
- Possessing strong methods of time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently and part of a team.
