**Responsabilités**
- Présenter, promouvoir et vendre nos collections aux clients existants et potentiels (détaillants).
- Établir, développer et maintenir des relations client positives par le biais du service et du soutien.
- Approcher et sécuriser de nouveaux clients
- Accélérer la résolution des problèmes et de plaintes de clients afin de maximiser leur satisfaction.
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente et les résultats convenus dans le cadre du calendrier de la saison.
- Coordonner les efforts de vente avec les membres de l'équipe et les autres services.
- Analyser le potentiel du territoire/marché, suivre les ventes et les rapports d'état.
- Fournir à la direction des rapports sur les besoins, les problèmes, les intérêts, les activités concurrentielles et le potentiel des nouveaux produits et services des clients.
- Se tenir au courant des meilleures pratiques et des tendances promotionnelles
- S'améliorer continuellement grâce au feedback

**Exigences**
- Expérience professionnelle avérée en tant que représentant des ventes
- Expérience professionnelle confirmée dans le domaine de la vente en gros de vêtements pour femmes
- Excellente connaissance d'Outlook et d'Excel
- Familiarité avec les pratiques CRM et capacité à établir des relations professionnelles productives.
- Hautement motivé(e) et motivé(e) par les objectifs, avec des antécédents prouvés dans le domaine de la vente.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la vente, à la négociation et à la communication
- Capacité à établir des priorités, à gérer son temps et à s'organiser
- Capacité à créer et à réaliser des présentations adaptées aux besoins du public.
- Compétences en matière de gestion des relations et ouverture aux commentaires

**Responsibilities**:

- Present, promote and sell our collections to existing and prospective customers (retailers)
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships through service and support
- Reach out to customer leads
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within set season schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Proven work experience in wholesale women apparel
- Excellent knowledge of Outlook & Excel
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
