**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee technical production process for campaigns sent via our customer engagement platform
- Build templates that campaign specialists with mínimal technical expertise can easily use to create their own campaigns, integrating advanced drag & drop builds
- Troubleshoot code as required
- Identify and create audience segments required by campaigns or marketing automation journeys, defining the necessary data points (e.g. customer attributes) to implement them
- Implement technical updates, enhancements and changes with our customer engagement platform and inform appropriate teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in order challenge the status quo by identifying areas for enhancements, improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them.
- Partner and build relationships with cross-functional teams (Loyalty, Data science, Design, Product team) to develop and implement projects
- Develop tests in the platform for ongoing campaign iteration and optimization to increase customer engagement and revenue
- Work with the QA team to validate and ensure delivery of a flawless product.
- Establish reporting dashboards in platform, ensuring campaigns are properly tagged
- Analyze performance results to implement improvements based on business recommendations
- Monitor deliverability of campaigns by ISP to catch deliverability issues early and resolve them.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 or more years of HTML coding experience (strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working with large ESPs or Customer Engagement Platforms (Braze experience preferred)
- Experience building and testing personalized communications with Liquid, Handlebars, Ampscript, etc.
- Understanding of CRM, database marketing an asset
- Knowledge of databases and data structures, how campaigns are created by leveraging customer data from internal data system
- Strong attention to details, emphasis on precision work, organized and process focused

- Good command of verbal and written English and French
