**Responsibilities include**:

- Monitor compliance of workers, contractors, and sub-contractors.
- Conduct site-specific safety orientations for all new site workers and visitors.
- Assist with site safety plans, pre-job hazard assessments, incident investigations and risk assessments
- Ensure that all accidents, incidents, and injuries are properly reported to all appropriate parties.
- Facilitate and participate in site inspections and documentation
- Facilitate safety toolbox meetings.
- Maintain and prepare thorough documentation and reports - including contractor proof of training/certification and contractor equipment maintenance.
- Administer First Aid and manage first aid documentation
- Additional tasks as required

**Qualifications**:
Construction Safety Officer training, OFA level 2, Construction experience is an asset, and other tickets such as TCP (Traffic Control Person) and zoom boom would be beneficial.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
