Overview:
**WHO YOU ARE AT PANASONIC CANADA**:
This is a 100% onsite role. Office based work will be performed from our Mississauga office at Ambler Drive.

**Responsibilities**:
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Pickups daily parts and sales accessories from warehouse, ensures accurate and timely tracking of service receipt records, adheres to workspace placement requirements for example by model and part type, electrical/mechanical part.
- Completes parts inventory count every 3 months, prepares inventory adjustments for approval, and on approval enters them into AS-400 systems.
- Tracks and traces discrepancies and follows up as required. Ensures proper disposal of packing materials and maintains a clean and organized workspace.
- Liaises with 3rd party and internal staff regarding the daily inbound and outbound transaction of repairs and associated parts needed for the scheduled repairs. Identifies backorders, updates daily log parts transactions.
- Collaborates with teams to ensure efficient processing.
- Provides details on acceptable parts substitution as required, does the appropriate research to ensure recommendations are accurate.
- Confirms daily receipts by model and sn. Prepares technician assignment schedule and requests verification by the Lead Technician or Supervisor. Performs outgoing visual inspection of internally repaired products.
- Prepares required documentation for parts cross ship requests. Prepares parts of export documentation and ensures accuracy of the documentation prior to shipment and resolves or escalates discrepancies. Prepares items repaired or evaluated for shipping to appropriate factory and or Panasonic US including international shipments. Enters parts orders in SAP system for group.
- Provides backup support to the Service Administration department as required including but not limited to assisting with the completion of technical details on required documentation including workorders.

Qualifications:
**MUST-HAVES**:

- High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years work experience in administration.

- Most problem solving will be routine in nature any errors identified in daily receipts will be addressed with supervisor/manager.
- Provision of visual inspection of outbound inspection requires common sense analysis. The verification of inbound and outbound shipping accessories, and receipts requires attention to detail.
- Timely communication is required when responding to customers on inquiries through common mailbox.
- Must have excellent time management skills, work with internal technicians with outgoing repair inspection, and the coordination daily interactions with 3rd party.
- Must have good team approach, work closely with others to achieve department goals.
- Requires cordial exchange of information when discussing repair estimates and seeking payment from end customer.
- Requires a sensitivity for cross cultural diversity.

**NICE-TO-HAVES**:

- SAP and AS400 experience would be an asset.
