Parts Coordinator

**The main tasks and responsibilities can be described as follows**:
- Parts identification, order entry, invoicing and delivery
- Ensure specifications of all products, including the correct quantity and quality of orders
- Manage parts inventory including maintain stock, identify losses, cycle count programs, as well as conducting physical inventory audits
- Coordinate the return process of spare parts for warranty and other reasons
- Receive / ship inbound and outbound freight while maintaining an organized parts inventory
- Maintain manual and electronic documents, files and records, (e.g. packing lists, purchase orders, claim forms, warehouse reports, material evaluation documents, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and providing materials and reliable resource information
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, delivery trucks for the purpose of moving large and heavy items safely and efficiently
- Prepare & process orders by pulling stock to meet delivery requirements
- Receive stock and non-stock items - ensuring specifications are met along with order quantity and quality accuracy
- Research discrepancies on orders and invoices and working to solutions to avoid any future discrepancies
- Work in ERP (SAP) for order entries, inventory data entry / accuracy, auditing / tracking of orders, expediting orders through shipment when necessary
- Work with purchasing department on out of stock items - including proactive notification for large orders
- Communicate with customers to resolve issues/concerns in a courteous, professional and timely manner including proactive communication about any problems or delays
- Performing annual inventory
- Other tasks required as company needs
- Working knowledge of ERP systems - SAP experience preferred
- Significant lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling - some climbing and balancing, crouching is required for this position
- Ability to work under limited supervision following standardized procedures / practices
- Ability to work in a high demand environment and available to work nights and weekends as needed to meet demand
- Exceptional interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Effective communication / comprehension skills - verbal and written
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to adhere to safety policies and practices - especially while operating MHE in a warehouse environment
- Computer aptitude in standard business office software - preparing and maintaining accurate records
- Fork Truck experience is an asset but not required.
- Bilingual English/French is an asset but not required.
