**Job description**

We are currently seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team here at Aluminum Window Designs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Checking / Packing Physical material ensure that orders are received and scanned.
- Monitoring consumable inventory levels and forwarding purchase requisitions to purchaser to ensure min / max inventory levels are in stock
- Cycle counting of aluminum extrusions to aid in inventory controls
- Responsible for daily supply records of aluminum usage
- Offloading Trucks as required; Packaging Material as required
- Responsible to maintain a 5S (Housekeeping).
- Responsible of tracking production targets
- Preform other duties as assigned
- Responds to inquiries and resolves concerns
- Able to work both with a team and independently.
- Daily reporting to supervisor

**Skill Requirements**:

- Ability to fluently speak the English Language
- Ability to write in the English Language
- Ability to read a tape measure within a tolerance of 1/16” of an inch.
- Ability to perform physical task and standing for long periods of time
- Ability to manage an inventory system and verify inventory reliability.
- Ability to learn multiple types of products and dies.
- Valid Ontario class “G” driver’s license
- Computer literacy utilizing office software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Forklift certification would be considered an asset however not required

**Salary**: $16.00-$25.39 per hour
