You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and updating data into the company's databases and systems. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately.

Also will be responsible for managing and growing the company's social media presence across all platforms. This includes creating and scheduling engaging content, implementing social media campaigns, and analyzing and reporting on the performance of social media efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research surveys over the phone, online, or in person
- Collect and input data accurately and efficiently
- Analyze survey results and report findings to the team
- Assist with the development of survey questions and design
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
- Accurately input data into our company's database
- Verify and check entered data for accuracy and completeness
- Review and update data as necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Adhere to established data entry procedures and protocols

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of people
- Experience with market research or survey administration preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
