**What you will do**:
The Distribution Associate I must be a team-oriented individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Core responsibilities include receiving, restocking, picking, packing, and auditing of products. Additional responsibilities include:

- Inspect, sort, verify, and receipt incoming goods against packing slips, / invoices, and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies
- Pick, pack, and accurately confirm goods prior to shipment
- Cycle count inventory
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of items received, transferred, and shipped
- Report any discrepancies for drugs and natural health products to Quality Assurance
- Plan and prioritize work to ensure daily activities are completed on-time
- Maintain up-to-date training on departmental and company SOPs
- Identify and communicate any required procedural updates based on day-to-day operations

**What you need**:

- High School Diploma required. Post-Secondary education preferred (Distribution, Supply Chain or Logistics focus an asset)
- Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience, and performance over time at Stryker will be considered._
