Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Growth Product Manager will drive sustainable and scalable user growth by leveraging data-driven strategies, optimizing user journeys, and enhancing product value. A primary objective is to maximize the number of target users by strategically choosing, launching, and optimizing products and their growth channels. You will focus on activating new users, increasing retention, and maximizing the profitability of existing users. This will be achieved through strategic product launches, effective monetization models, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of growth initiatives with core business objectives. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that the product not only meets but exceeds user expectations, leading to long-term customer loyalty and business success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- User Activation: Enhance the first session and overall user activation.
- Funnel Optimization: Identify and remove friction in key product funnels.
- Growth Loop Development: Develop growth loops at the product and channel intersection.
- New Value Delivery: Search for innovative forms of value delivery (product/positioning).
- Retention Measurement: Focus on metrics like LTV and DAU/MAU to measure and improve retention.
- **Product and Monetization Strategy**:

- Collaborate with pharmacy/product owners to select and launch the right products.
- Determine the optimal monetization model (channels, subscription, pricing, etc.).
- Optimize key funnels (direct, cross-sell, etc.) to enhance user flow.
- **User Activation and Retention**:

- Work on user activation and first session experience.
- Remove friction from key user flows.
- Reduce the time for users to realize the product's value.
- Ensure as many new users as possible experience and recognize the product's value over alternatives.
- Measure retention and related metrics, such as lifetime value (LTV) and DAU/MAU.
- **Growth Channels and Optimization**:

- Identify and develop growth loops at the intersection of product and growth channels.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize channels, customer onboarding, product positioning, growth loops, and monetization.
- **Customer Insight and Research**:

- Conduct deep user research to understand customer needs, barriers, and problems.
- Provide complementary insights to quantitative data to better understand customer struggles.
- Utilize NPS and other feedback mechanisms to inform product improvements.
- **Data-Informed Decision Making**:

- Employ data-informed and analytical processes, including rapid A/B testing.
- Productize learnings to drive iterative improvements.
- Design growth models to identify key touch points across the customer journey that drive growth.
- **Monetization and Conversion**:

- Implement monetization strategies, such as pricing and packaging, to benefit conversion and retention metrics.
- Enhance the profitability of paying customers through effective growth models.
- **Cross Functional Collaboration**:

- Shape and deliver solutions to customer and business problems.
- Play a vital role in new product discovery and launch.
- Work with customer success and sales to gain insights into customer pain points and objections.
- Maintain a close relationship with other product managers to align on vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Ensure alignment on growth goals and strategies, avoiding conflicts with core product vision and development work.
- Collaborate on channel optimization, customer onboarding, product positioning, growth loops, and monetization.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role, ideally in healthcare, technology, and/or ecommerce.
- Experience with product lifecycle management, user research, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Proficiency with analytics and product management tools
- Strong analytical and data-informed decision making skills
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in conversion tactics, especially tied to acquisition and activation
- Knowledge of user experience principles
- Genuine curiosity to experiment and measure impact.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
