**ROLE OVERVIEW**
The Receptionist at Le Petit Salon is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a crucial role in shaping their experience. This position requires a highly personable individual with outstanding customer service skills, responsible for managing the reception area, attending to clients, and assisting in ensuring the salon's front-of-house operations run smoothly. Reporting directly to the Client Experience Manager, the Receptionist is responsible for providing support across various areas of salon operations and is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Client Reception**:Welcoming clients warmly, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
**Communication Hub**:Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing accurate information, and facilitating effective communication between clients and salon staff.
**Salon Presentation**:Maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the reception area and ensuring it meets Le Petit Salon’s standards of cleanliness and organization.
**Financial Transactions**:Handling billing, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records related to client services.
**Client Service**:Enhancing client satisfaction through attentive service, addressing needs, and fostering a luxurious salon atmosphere.
**Administrative Support**:Managing administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and supporting salon operations and marketing efforts.
