Roles Specifications

Location | Edmonton, Calgary, and Vancouver

The opportunity

Areas of focus- Support financial objectives through effective credit underwriting and deal administration while managing risk in alignment with CWB’s strategy.- Build and maintain experienced knowledge of CMHC policies, procedures, and underwriting guidelines.- Assist in managing real estate loan portfolios, including underwriting, analysis, and loan management.- Aid relationship managers in devising innovative client solutions, leveraging internal expertise and partnerships.- Deliver exceptional client experiences and uphold CWB’s brand promise through continuous improvement initiatives.- Ensure operational efficiency, data integrity, and compliance adherence while fostering a positive work environment aligned with CWB’s cultural values.

Successful incumbent- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business is preferred.- Working knowledge of credit structuring and credit metrics.- Superior attention to detail.- Proficient competency of Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
