**Overview**
Erinwood Ford Sales Inc., a reputable Ford dealership in [City], is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales and Leasing Consultan**t** to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing/leasing new or pre-owned Ford vehicles, ensuring a positive experience, and exceeding customer expectations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about cars, sales, and providing excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers promptly, providing exceptional service throughout the sales and leasing process.
- Understand customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles and leasing options.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations, test drives, and explain vehicle features and benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford’s product line, features, technology, pricing, and incentives.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting dealership standards.
- Assist customers with financing and leasing options, working closely with the finance department to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and leasing targets set by the dealership.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while adhering to dealership policies and procedures.
- Keep accurate records of sales and leasing activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups
- Attend sales meetings and ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and sales techniques.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in automotive sales & leasing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with Ford Vehicles (preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Basic knowledge of automotive financing and leasing terms (preferred).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be OMVIC certified.
