**Job Overview**

Reporting to the General Manager; the Condominium Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties (portfolio). The individual will be working in a highly dynamic environment with a team of motivated people managing multiple tasks in an organized manner.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing a portfolio of condominiums.
- Ensure a high level of service to all Board of Directors and owners.
- Prepare all periodic notices as required by the CAO.
- Coordinate the execution of Condominium Corporation events including Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Special Meetings, Budget Meetings and Board Meetings.
- Prepare and send out meeting packages, and ensure the assigned meeting room and/or virtual meeting invite is properly prepared.
- Assist in maintaining contract listings - review annually at budget time and update as required.
- Work with accounting in the preparation and presentation of budgets,
- Assist in obtaining quotes for new contracts.
- Responsible for site visits and inspections as needed.
- Create newsletters and notices.
- Obtain new owner/occupant/tenant information upon move in and where appropriate, advise/update information with security and in internal database files.
- Create and maintain one internal calendar of events for all condominium corporations listing relevant dates for AGM, PICs, etc.
- Update and maintain the database in our Property management software including contacts, relevant information and files.
- Handle internal and external client queries, banking and invoice queries.
- Supervise and oversee the tasks done by the Assistant Managers and Administrators.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Must have a General License with the CMRAO.
- A strong understanding of the Condominium Act is an asset.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years as a Licensed Condominium Manager.
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively and professionally, both oral and written with owners, Board members and team members.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented, analytical, good problem-solving skills
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets).
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize functions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Barrie, ON L4M 1K3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)
