**SERVICE DESK SUPPORT**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Deployment of new workstations.
- Hardware upgrades to existing workstations.
- Mobile device management.
- User account management using Active Directory.
- Basic network troubleshooting.
- Backup verification.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Must have completed a college/university degree/diploma in computer science, engineering, or related.
- 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Experience with a formal ticketing system.
- Experience with escalation procedures.
- Knowledge of Windows Active Directory and NTFS.
- Knowledge of Firewalls and ACL.

**OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to lift and move desktops and monitors.
- Some overtime is required.
- Nice to Have: A+ Certification, Network +, MCP
