**Job Description**:
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will be responsible for the implementation, coordination, and administration of a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee & labour relations, and compensation. You will report to our Senior Manager, Human Resources & Talent Development and work closely with our HRBP and Recruitment teams, acting as a key contributor to HR initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in multiple HR disciplines.

Responsibilities will vary, but may include:

- Partnering with our Senior Recruiter to assist with the creation and implementation of recruitment and selection strategies
- Supporting the recruitment and selection process for key internal and external hires
- Leading our co-op student recruitment program
- Attending career fairs and networking events
- Partnering with the HRBP team to implement performance management and employee relations strategies for our unionized and non-bargaining teams
- Supporting cyclical compensation practices such as annual salary reviews
- Creating and updating reports to enable the monitoring of key HR metrics
- Using various HR tools and software

Basic Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Adept at creating reports and providing analysis of trends
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Interest and intent to complete a CHRP/CHRL designation would be an asset
- Bilingualism (English/French) would be an asset
