We are looking for part time drivers to ensure children are safely transported to and from our childcare centres. If you meet the position requirements and willing to work for before & after school transportation, this may be the opportunity for you to work with a passionate team at our organization.
- This position now qualifies for Government Wage Enhancement Grant ($2.64-$8.62 premium/ hour) depending on your level of ECE certificate. *

**Part Time Hours**:
**Morning**: 7:45 am - 9:45 am
**Afternoon**: 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
- School days only, Monday to Friday, no weekends or summer month*

What will you do?
As a Bus Driver, you will transport children in our care to and from our childcare centre.
- Safely transport school-aged children using company passenger vehicle
- Able to drive morning and afternoon shifts to neighbouring schools
- Communicate clearly with the centre management and staff
- Assist students getting on and off the vehicle
- Obey traffic laws at all time
- Keep the vehicle clean, fueled and safe
- Perform vehicle safety inspections before and after each route
- Other duties as required

**You will posses the following**:

- 1+ year of commercial driving experience. School bus driving experience is an asset.
- Ability to follow instructions and obeying traffic laws
- Attention to detail and safety is a priority of yours.

**Qualifications**:

- Class 5 Full License (non -GDL) with commercial passenger experience
- Able to provide Clean Commercial Driver's Abstract
- Able to provide Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check
- Part-time hours: 20 hours per week
