**CLIENT RETENTION SPECIALIST**

**Schedule**:Tuesday - Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; occasional evenings (12pm-8:30pm), surgery day schedules may differ.

**Your tasks at a glance**
- You present treatment options to prospective patients.
- You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
- You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely and in a timely manner.
- You help meet patients' needs by consulting, reassuring and scheduling follow-ups, across different regions.

**A clear view of your assets**
- You have a broad background in **customer service and retention**, in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, and within the hospitality industry.
- You have prior experience as an inside sales representative or account executive (an asset).
- You have a desire to succeed: being highly motivated, results driven and familiar with client follow-up techniques.
- You are organized, self-disciplined, have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are flexible to work various schedules, with some occasional evenings and weekends.
