**POSITION OVERVIEW**
The GUEST SERVICES MANAGER holds a pivotal role in our restaurant, encompassing various responsibilities to enhance the overall dining experience. Beyond managing reservation inquiries and ensuring a positive first impression, this role extends to the restaurant's digital presence. During SERVICE, the GUEST SERVICES MANAGER contributes to the management of our Instagram account by responding to direct messages and comments promptly.
In addition to maintaining the front entrance's presentation and communication with guests, the GUEST SERVICES MANAGER is key in ensuring guest satisfaction. This involves attentively and accurately handling inquiries on a daily basis, as well as efficiently passing guest requests within the restaurant's various positions.
Key duties include the training of GUEST SERVICES TEAM, providing leadership to the GUEST SERVICES TEAM, overseeing reservation processes, addressing inquiries from large parties, facilitating communication between guests and the kitchen or managers, and maintaining the organization of host areas.
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Acting as the communication center between the restaurant and the guests
- Having excellent communication skills for both internal and external guests
- Having full understanding about the restaurant and menu concept
- B eble to manage and book large parties inquiries
- Able to stay calm under pressure, prioritize and synchronize the sequence of service
- Have the ability for multi-tasking in a high volume restaurant
- Detail oriented to go beyond and above of the guests’ expectation
- Proficient with reservations system
- Able to plan and maximize a floor plan
- Community management on Instagram
- Lead and manage host team
**After three months eligibility for salary pay + benefits**
**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 80 per week
