Guest Services Manager

Are you ready to make your lasting mark on the wellness industry in Toronto? House Concepts is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as the Guest Service Manager for our new downtown Toronto location. As the Guest Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's identity and ensuring a best-in-class experience for both team members and guests.Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
**Leadership and Culture**
- Lead the focus on FOH staffing, recruiting, training, and performance management with a motivation and support-driven approach.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, creating an amazing culture for both the team and members.
**Guest Engagement**
- Engage with all guests, identifying members and ensuring orientation and waivers are completed for new guests.
- Keep abreast of product sales, class offerings, pricing, and special events to provide accurate information to guests.
- Provide accurate information to guests, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and details for their classes.
**Qualifications**
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is essential.
- Management experience an asset
**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods.
- Lift and carry a minimum of 30lbs with assistance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
