Blue Dog 3P & Warehousing Inc. is a leading logistics provider specializing in end-to-end supply chain solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Billing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing organization and be a key player in our finance and accounting department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate accurate and timely customer invoices based on contractual terms and rates.
- Validate and reconcile billing data with supporting documentation, such as transportation orders, delivery receipts, and rate agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure accurate and complete billing information.
- Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with customers to address billing inquiries, resolve disputes, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage and update billing records in the company's database or billing system.
- Prepare regular reports on billing activities, outstanding payments, and revenue analysis.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices related to logistics billing and invoicing.
- Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in accounting or finance are a plus).

1-2 years of experience in logistics billing or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data accurately for billing processes.
- Familiarity with billing software and basic accounting systems; experience with transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
