**Logistics, EDI & Billing Coordinator**

We are looking for a logistics/ EDI billing coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for processing customer orders via EDI or electrically, arranging customer PO delivery, and billing customer delivery timely and accurately. Strong ability to handle, monitor, and communicate for all aspects related to a specific customer’s PO and shipment delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders via EDI or electrically, identify EDI errors, and communicate with an EDI person to solve EDI issues timely.
- Coordinate with warehouse person on the customer required delivery requirements, generate shipment packing slips and track shipments
- Prepare accurate and timely processing of customer orders and generate billing invoices to customers, timely send customer invoices via EDI or electrically, and ensure customers receive our billing invoices and proof of delivery documents.
- Ensure all customer invoicing is billed following company practices and customer contract agreements or customer billing requirements.
- Effectively using customer portals, timely communication with customers for any required shipment delivery date issues and billing issues
- Source outbound freight carriers, request, compare freight quotes, and negotiate freight rates
- Review incoming freight invoices for proper customer PO information and supporting paperwork, match freight invoices with the customer PO, and process in the accounting system for the freight invoice match with each customer PO.
- Identify and fix issues in a timely manner, work with problem resolution on damages, returns, incorrect shipments and packaging issues for the customer orders delivery
- Work closely with internal departments (warehouse, sales, purchasing and accounting team) to address inventory shortage and shipping challenges
- organize and scan customer PO, proof of delivery and billing supporting documents by the required company e-filing requirements.
- Assist in managing the accuracy of the inventory count.
- Manage Customs record keeping, maintenance of all regulatory paperwork and import records.
- Prepares and processes courier shipments
- Other ad hoc duties assigned

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 3 years+ proven work experience in logistics, EDI and billing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, can communicate effectively with internal and external
- The ability to ensure work is completed correctly, thoroughly and within established timeframes, meet multiple deadlines
- Can work independently with mínimal supervision, and ensure good quality of the work
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, and prioritize work and manage time effectively.
- Must have excellent organization, clerical and attention to detail skills
- Ability to problem solving skills, with an ability to critically examine processes to make improvements in efficiency and quality of service.
- Other - Must be proficient in a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Office, specifically Excel spreadsheets and dedicated software systems.
- Flexibility and adaptability; energetic and self-driven.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
