**Sales Associate**

At Freshouse Foods, we create custom protein items with the help and direction of our partners. We want to build our creations to meet and exceed our customers needs.

With over 60 years of major retail and foodservice experience, our expertise in product development has enabled us to react swiftly to customer wants and expectations. Our flexibility and versatility on our production floors allow us to offer an array of retail, foodservice, and healthcare products.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Georgetown, ON. The Sales Associate position, reports to the Vice President of Sales, is responsible for assisting the Sales Team in the producing samples, doing store audits, purchasing needed supplies, and responding to customer’s concerns.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**

Organize, set-up, and help with promotional events.

Assist with the creation of labels, promotional material, and product samples.

Conduct retail store audits of product displays and competitor pricing, as needed.

Pick-up supplies and submit expense reports.

Track customer concerns and maintain customer files in database.

Assist Sales Team with scheduling of meetings, understanding customer’s concerns, and arranging boardrooms for meetings.

Work with other departments to meet sale projects’ deadlines.

Other projects and duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- Reliable transportation and G Class Driver’s License.
- Good Customer Service Skills.
- Ability to adjust communication styles to audience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Retail portals.

**Job Type**
- Full-time, Permanent

**Work Environment**
- Mainly office and travel to retail outlets within Halton Hills/Brampton/Missisauga.
- Exposure to Plant environment - cold, noisy, and busy.
- PPE required when on plant floor.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
