**YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**:

- Liaise directly with customers to identify and understand needs pertaining to spare parts and service.
- Provide quotes for price and delivery of spares/repairs (working with service for definition and planning for delivery)
- Handle customer complaints, issue RMA’s and track the return of defective products, arrange for AWR shipments, raising customer complaints following procedure.
- Administer consignment spares depots in multiple locations, daily in/out transactions, monthly reports to management/ accounting.
- Confirm priority, order status and delivery updates.
- Provide order status reports to key customers and sales team as per defined frequency.
- Follow orders through the booking and shipping process. Track shipments with various shipping carriers, interact with our repair depots, and maintain data on activity.
- Large degree of communication with various functions within organization to ensure customer needs are met, must also be able to facilitate/negotiate solutions to issues and schedule delays.
- Seek out opportunities to provide increased customer satisfaction through improved processes associated with quoting, product returns, order review and order flow through the factory.

**YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE**:

- Previous sales and/or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good computer skills in MS office, business systems (ERP, CRM. PowerBI)
- Technical knowledge of product and/or customer base is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Results oriented and a self-starter.
- Able to effectively mange multiple complex orders

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Post secondary education in business, marketing or engineering desirable or 5+ years equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to meet all CGD requirements._
