Rage Room Attendant

As a Rage Room Attendant, your primary responsibility is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for customers who visit the rage room. You will oversee and facilitate sessions where individuals or groups can vent their anger, stress, or frustration by smashing items like glassware, electronics, and other breakable objects. Your role is to maintain a controlled and secure environment while ensuring the safety of all participants.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Safety and Supervision**: Ensure the safety of customers during their sessions, providing appropriate safety gear (e.g., face shields, protective clothing) and enforcing safety rules and guidelines.
**Customer Orientation**: Greet customers, and explain the rules and safety procedures ensuring they have a satisfying experience.
**Equipment Setup**: Prepare the rage room by arranging breakable items, and clean up the rooms when customers are finished.
**Equipment Maintenance**: Regularly inspect and maintain safety equipment, objects for destruction, and the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the rage room.
**Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Strong focus on safety and risk management.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Physical fitness and stamina, as the role may involve lifting and moving objects.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
Knowledge of basic conflict resolution techniques.
**Working Conditions**:The job involves working in a confined space with loud noises and occasional exposure to flying debris. Protective gear is available to ensure safety.
Working in a rage room can be both physically demanding and emotionally challenging, but it offers a unique opportunity to help individuals release pent-up emotions and stress in a controlled and safe environment. It's essential to emphasize safety and customer service skills when hiring for this role.

Part-time hours: 15-25 per week
**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
