**_We currently seek a highly motivated Room Inspector to join our dynamic team._**
**Summary of Position**:
**Requirements**:
- Train, coach and support Room Attendants, ensuring they perform in accordance with established hotel standards and consistent with our Core Values
- Inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies
- Issue supplies and equipment to Room Attendants
- Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards.
- Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary.
- Confer with staff to resolve performance and personnel problems, and to discuss company policies.
- Oversee training of Room Attendants
- Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as required
**Physical Demands**:
- Must be able to bend, twist, kneel and extend from the waist and reach from the shoulder as well as pushing and pulling and lifting frequently every shift.
- Must be able to walk, stand, climb stairs and carry supplies for the extent of each shift.
- Must be able to manage frequent interruptions and multiple tasks daily.
- Attention to detail and visual concentration required which may cause mental and physical strain.
**Must have own transportation and be eligible to legally work in Canada.**
