Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Relation Specialist. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
**Duties**:
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Create quotes with the help of customer servie team
- Process orders and ensure accurate data entry
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Follow up and negotiate with existing customers quotes and inquiries
- Manage sales performace metrics and provide regular reports to the senior managment
**Skills**:
- Fluent in English (multilingual skills are a plus)
- Excellent Computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- **5 years** inside sales experience is required
- Ability to upsell products and services
- Analytical mindset to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven track record in sales and customer service

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
