Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customs Specialist at Prestige World located in Mississauga, ON. As a Customs Specialist, you will be responsible for managing import/export documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and procedures, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth customs processes. You will also be responsible for conducting customs audits, resolving customs-related issues, and providing guidance on customs compliance to ensure efficient customs operations.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
  • Experience in customs compliance and documentation
  • Familiarity with customs clearance processes and import/export documentation requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software


Relevant certifications and experience in customs brokerage or related field are preferred.
