Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel. Conduct regular safety inspections, address any hazards or concerns promptly, and provide training on safe operating practices.

Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of all outgoing shipments. Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damages or defects and take appropriate corrective actions as needed.

Efficiency Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement measures to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness within the warehouse operations.

Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance and repairs of warehouse equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including receiving and shipping logs, inventory levels, and performance metrics. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and present findings to management as needed.

Customer Service: Liaise with internal departments and external customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with warehouse services.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment (preferred).

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.

**Salary**: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
