**Job Type**:Part-time, Permanent
**Location**:Toronto, Ontario

**Position Summary**
Warehouse Technicians will be responsible for preparing and organizing audio-visual equipment for events and packing them to ship, loading/unloading trucks, and assisting with equipment inventory and maintenance.

**Job Duties**
- Scan and pack audio-visual equipment to be delivered for events
- Scan and return audio-visual equipment to its place in the warehouse
- Proper checks of equipment and ensure kits are complete
- Ensure equipment is clean and in good working order
- Tag and mark out equipment that needs attention
- Load/unload trucks as required
- Assist with warehouse inventory
- Assist with equipment maintenance
- Adhere to established safe working procedures and wear the proper safety equipment
- Attend meetings as required
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times
- Maintain a cooperative and sensitive teamwork attitude
- Other duties as required by company

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma is required. Post-secondary education in event production, technical production, music production, or equivalent training is preferred.
- 1+ years of warehouse or audio-visual experience
- Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in a live event environment
- Proficiency with the use of computer hardware, software, and programs, including the Internet, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- Ability to communicate orally and written at a limited working proficiency level or greater in the English language
- Ability to adapt to new technology
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Experience using Flex Rental Solutions software is an asset
- Forklift Certification is an asset
- Knowledge of current workplace health & safety regulations, fire & building codes, and AODA regulations in relation to the live entertainment industry is an asset

**Compensation**
- $20.00 / hour
