**As an Insurance Client Services Assistant, a typical day might include**:

- Providing support to our Individual Insurance department
- Assisting with client customer service; preparing quotations and presentations; general plan administration.
- Coordinating with carriers regarding plan amendments and billings
- Assisting with special projects, as required
- General administration and filing

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma
- LLQP/ Life License will be beneficial (can be completed once hired)
- Previous insurance industry experience, an asset

**Must Haves**:

- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Aptitude for figures
