**Requirements**:

- At least five years of experience working in a Japanese cuisine
- Familiar with local catering industry regulations, work safety and health
and hygiene regulations
- At least five years of experience on kitchen management
- Good writing and reading skills in Chinese and English

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare high quality dishes within budget
- Responsible for menu design, new product development and quality control
- Control food budget
- Arrange the purchase of ingredients and kitchen supplies
- Responsible for the management of food inventory, including inventory, storage and recording
- Arrange reasonable shifts for kitchen staff and be responsible for attendance records
- Effective maintenance and management of kitchen facilities and equipment. Arrange maintenance in response to failure
- Outline the workflow of the kitchen and strictly supervise kitchen staffs to work according to the procedures
- Supervise and manage the personnel, cleanliness, and maintenance of safety and hygiene in the kitchen
- Maintain good communication with the company's management to provide reference and suggestions for the company's decision-making
- Propose the recruitment needs of kitchen staffs and provide training to the staffs
- Regularly search for high quality Japanese seasonal ingredients and fresh seafoods

**Salary**: $6,500.00-$7,500.00 per month
