Lead Generator

Job Overview
Working as part of a highly experienced sales team, The Lead Generator will be responsible for making outbound calls to Schools, Hospitals, and corporations within the North American market. They will be researching these potential leads and logging accurate data, in order to find out how we can meet the changing needs of the markets. The Lead Generator will take ownership of generating new leads for CNB Computers and aim to maximize the potential from each call with an excellent telephone manger and nprofessional outlook. In addition, the Lead Generator will convert outbound dialing leads into qualified appointments, and pass these leads on to the relevant person in order to make sure that client will have the best possible experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Lead Generator’s responsibilities and duties are outlined in the key areas below

**Sales**:

- To act as an ambassador for the business, and promote the center and its products. - To be responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided. - To work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within - various business sectors. - To convert the calls to new business leads. - To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided. - To inform potential clients on the company’s products and services. - To gather relevant School and Corporate information. - To use company databases to gain potential leads. - To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business. - To input and maintain guest information onto the company database. - To ensure guest satisfaction at all times. - To deal with telephone queries. - To build relationships with colleagues and clients. - To deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values. - To ensure service is prompt, polite and professional standards are kept. - To assist with other departments as required.

**People/Team**
- To foster good relationships with all internal departments and cross-functional teams.
- To proactively support their manager by suggesting new ideas and thinking critically
- To refer to senior team members for advice and support
- To attend all staff meetings and training sessions as and when required.
- To maintain a customer-oriented approach and demonstrate a professional approach to work and team mates at all times.

**Qualifications**:
The Lead Generator is expected to the following specialist skills, knowledge and experience
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- A Positive approach to objection handling is essential
- Must be financially motivated, energetic and reliable with hinger to succeed.
- An interest in Computers and refurbished industry, and a genuine passion for our products will be invaluable.
- A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects for the following
- MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Demonstration of the energy, ability and commitment demanded by this role.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good verbal and written skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

**Salary**:$22.00/per hour

**Job Type**: Full-Time and Part-Time
