**Position Description**:
The primary responsibility of the Epic Trainer is to lead end-user training for the Epic Program using the curriculum designed by the Training Specialists. The Trainer will be responsible for providing role-specific end user training to a wide variety of roles including, but not limited to, Nursing, Professional Services, Administrative, and Clerical staff.

**Here's What You'll Get To Do**
- End-user training:_
- Preparing for Class
Setting up the classroom
- Facilitating the class
- Administering end-user proficiency assessments and in-system checklists
- Administering in-class evaluation
- Maintaining training records
- Following up on any outstanding questions that arise in the classroom
- Additional Responsibilities related to End User Training and Support:_
- Recommending adjustments and assisting with updating training materials
- Testing lesson plans and training environment build
- Facilitating study halls and personalization labs for providers or other attendees
- Supporting end users with at-the-elbow go-live support

**Here's What You'll Need**
- College/University educated
- Knowledge and experience in using MS Office, Power point and Excel at the intermediate to expert level
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understand the importance of and demonstrates a commitment to fostering a culture of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
- Experience in a formal classroom training setting with classroom facilitation/speaking skills

**Employment Type**
- 35-hour work week
- 1 year CONTRACT
- Hybrid (Onsite and Remote) Work Model - necessary technology provided for remote work
