Calgary, Canada Matrix Labour Leasing Ltd. Full time

Matrix is hiring a motivated, full time Trades Recruiter for our main office in Calgary, AB. The Trade Recruiter should have a minimum of 5 years experience in both industrial and commercial placements in Calgary. This role will get full benefits and RRSPs. We hire for all trades on Industrial sites and projects across Western Canada, and need additional support for the busy season ahead. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 PM with some after-hours work to be monitored from home. **Requirements**:

- Proficient in Google platforms (e.g. Google Drive), Excel, Word, website updating, and basic social media marketing.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Personable, professional manner and presence
- Engaging, outgoing personality and calm, no-drama temperament.
- Highly responsible, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Stickler for detail Positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong work ethic and effective in working both independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive, with ability to take the initiative and to work productively without supervision.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to address client concerns effectively and appropriately.
- Solid time management and ability to multitask, prioritize daily work flow and tasks, follow through, and meet various project-specific and seasonal deadlines.
- Resourceful and skilled in problem-solving.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Professional judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of recruiting in the trades for industrial and commercial construction.
- Must have a database on their LinkedIn to help in our recruitment efforts.
- Must have some CRM experience and able to make and post ads for all open positions on all our social media.
- Matrix Labour Leasing is using Stafftrak for our internal CRM and will provide training to learn our systems.
