WCG’s Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance Program (RSVP) is delivered on behalf of Veterans Affairs Canada and in partnership with Lifemark Health Group. The RSS CC welcomes Participants into the RSVP program and ensures that they have a positive experience when they join. As a member of a strong and professional team, you make a difference at the personal and community level by ensuring all stakeholders help veterans achieve their employment goals and receive the best support possible.
- Le coordonnateur de cas du spécialiste des services de réadaptation (CCSSR) est responsable de la réception des nouvelles orientations du Programme de services de réadaptation et d’assistance professionnelle (PSRAP), du processus de triage et de la mobilisation initiale du participant. En tant que premier point de contact avec le participant après son orientation vers le PSRAP, le CCSSR est orienté vers le service à la clientèle afin de s’assurer que le participant vit une première interaction positive. Le CCSSR utilise de solides compétences administratives et organisationnelles pour gérer de multiples responsabilités et tâches tout en maintenant l’exactitude de son travail. Le CCSSR travaille efficacement et en collaboration avec de multiples parties prenantes, notamment les participants, les gestionnaires de cas d’Anciens Combattants Canada (ACC), les spécialistes des services de réadaptation et l’équipe de professionnels des services de réadaptation

**What you’ll do / Vos tâches**:

- **Initiates first contact to Participants within service standard timelines**:

- **Communicates effectively to build trust and rapport with Participants**:

- **Provides Participants with high-level details about the program and answers initial questions regarding participation**:

- **Identifies any support or adaptations that Participants require to be successful and to achieve participant satisfaction**:

- **Negotiates and problem solves to overcome any obstacles in booking initial intake interviews within service standard timelines**:

- **Ensures Participants receive initial orientation materials and complete any pre-meeting information prior to initial intake interviews**:

- **Works collaboratively with other RSS Case Coordinators within the program to support successful outcomes across teams and regions**:

- **Gérer l’affectation opportune et appropriée aux SSR afin d’optimiser l’utilisation de cette ressource et d’équilibrer les charges de travail.**:

- **Réaliser le processus initial d’affectation de triage des SSR, déterminer le SSR approprié et obtenir le temps nécessaire pour l’entrevue initiale dans le respect des normes de service, en montrant sa capacité à résoudre les problèmes et à collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe pour atteindre cet objectif.**:
**What you bring / Votre expérience**:

- Minimum post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Medical Office Administration or other relevant area
- One (1)+ year(s) experience in an administrative role
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to achieve program service standards
- High level of confidentiality and awareness of privacy requirements
- Strong digital literacy including MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint
- Employment conditional on obtaining Federal Level Security Clearance Reliability Status
- Employment conditional on obtaining federal Reliability Status security clearance.- Certificat ou diplôme postsecondaire minimum en administration des affaires, en administration de bureau médical ou dans un autre domaine pertinent
- Une (1) année ou plus d’expérience dans un rôle administratif
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à établir des priorités pour atteindre les normes de service du programme
- Degré élevé de confidentialité et de sensibilisation aux exigences en matière de respect de la vie privée
