The Manager Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Special Projects contributes to the overall successful operationalization and execution of the Global TPRM Program across all markets that the Bank operates within. They will contribute to the ongoing enhancement and sustainment of the TPRM program, leading or participating in projects and initiatives aiming to reduce complexity and enhance user experience, as well as supporting the ongoing processes and programs related to the oversight role of Global TPRM as Second Line.

**Is this role right for you? In this role, you will**:

- Understands how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.
- As required, performs ongoing monitoring and testing across the third-party lifecycle to ensure adequate execution of the TPRM policy by different stakeholders. Performs ad hoc research and prepares recommendations for risk decision and advice.
- Identifies trends and areas of opportunity to further enhance the user experience or improve controls to enhance risk mitigation.
- Leads and performs special projects and initiatives related to the ongoing improvement of the TPRM program and other aiming to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Champions a customer focused culture to deliver best in class solutions, guidance, and support for the TPRM program global stakeholders.
- Support the documentation of key TPRM processes and procedures, as well as the ongoing update and maintenance of such documentation.
- Supports the coordination and delivery of communications, change management, and training relative to TPRM policies and processes to ensure effective implementation and operationalization.
- Provides periodic reporting on the overall results and status of activities in which they are involved.

**Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have experience with**:

- Over 5 years of relevant experience in risk management and third party risk management
- Must be fluent in English written and verbal. Spanish and / or French would be an asset.
- Strong inter-personal skills as well as both verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with senior management; excellent attention to detail
- Sound judgment, critical thinking, learning agility, time/project management, and a high level of professional and personal integrity
- Excellent customer service skills, ability to effectively manage difficult conversations and complaints.
