**Responsibilities**:

- Formalizes partnerships with key community stakeholders, develops terms of reference and memorandum of understanding and facilitates advisory meetings
- Develops processes for soliciting youth feedback and incorporating the feedback into programming
- Responsible for overseeing program budgets and preparing progress reports for funders
- Deliver presentations and conduct tours of YOU facilities as required
- Provide YOU representation to relevant community networks, coalitions and events as required
- Oversee data systems that track service use and outcomes; providing analysis of results and recommending enhancements as need
- Write professional and persuasive reports to funders outlining program successes.
- Consult with community partners and agencies to develop consistent referral processes
- Develop procedures to help youth maintain attendance requirements for programs.
- Consult with staff regarding client progress and opportunities for improvement in programming.
- Acting as a first point of contact for staff with questions regarding program delivery
- Work closely with community partners, funders and advisors to create awareness and support of programs

**Qualifications**:

- University Degree or minimum 2-year College Diploma in human /social services from an accredited institution, and a minimum of 2 years related work experience
- Demonstrated success in in a target driven work environment
- Ability to build relationships, negotiate, persuade, and manage conflict
- Prior experience working with youth, including persons from diverse cultural backgrounds and LGBTQ2S
- Knowledge of the London labour market and community supports for youth
- Ability to establish rapport with stakeholders and evoke passion for youth advancement and growth
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet program needs including evenings and weekends
- Police Vulnerable Sector Check for youth population
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle and possess appropriate insurance coverage
