Quality Control Associate

That’s why we’re looking for a detail-oriented **Quality Control Associate **to join our team and be an essential part of how people experience our products. Your focus on consistency and quality will shine through in your work and strengthen our relationships with customers.
**Your daily tasks will include**:
- Examining items and detecting errors to ensure we’re producing top-quality products for our customers
- Detecting inconsistencies in printer machine settings to spot recurring issues and keep production running smoothly
- Holding individual team members accountable for their work by tracking defects, returning all rejected items, and recommending steps and actions to correct errors
- Comparing online design aspects with the final printed product to ensure we’re accurately capturing the customer’s vision
- Communicating policies, procedures, requirements, and safety information to teammates as needed
- Documenting defect percentages and submitting discrepancy and inspection reports to monitor the quality of our products and improve damage statistics
- Notifying supervisors and Team Leads of any production problems that occur to promote transparency and fix the problems quickly
- Sorting inspected items for either further processing, shipping, or packaging to keep our processes organized and running efficiently
- Performing other duties as assigned
**What you’ll bring**:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Understanding of DTG printing processes and machinery
- Understanding of production and quality control processes
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of basic math
