**Description du poste**

Relevant du directeur, Opérations de commerce international, le titulaire de ce poste offre du soutien au traitement de la documentation et à l’administration des produits liés au commerce international (garanties, lettres de crédit, encaissements documentaires).

**Responsabilités**
- Offrir un service de premier ordre pour tout ce qui touche le déroulement des opérations de Financement du commerce international, notamment le traitement des lettres de crédit, des garanties et des encaissements documentaires, et veiller à ce que les normes de prestation des services soient respectées ou dépassées.
- Agir comme ressource de soutien pour tous les recours hiérarchiques opérationnels relatifs aux lettres de crédit et aux garanties.
- Atteindre chaque mois les principaux indicateurs de rendement et participer aux initiatives en matière de qualité de Paiements et opérations de commerce international.
- Assurer une gestion efficace des relations avec les partenaires régionaux, notamment les équipes Banques, courtiers et bourses ; SBPE ; Marchés des capitaux ; TI ; et Gestion de vente et de produit.
- Faire office de personne-ressource pour les partenaires de service de tous les secteurs en ce qui concerne les processus d’émission et de notification de lettres de crédit, de garanties et d’encaissements documentaires
- Faire le suivi des lacunes du service et des erreurs ayant un impact sur les clients, effectuer l’analyse des causes fondamentales (au besoin), combler les lacunes, améliorer le service et optimiser l’efficience opérationnelle.

**Exigences**
- Solides aptitudes pour la prise de décision et l’organisation
- Aptitudes techniques et connaissance approfondie de la documentation relative aux systèmes

**Atouts souhaités**
- De 1 à 3 ans d’expérience, de préférence
- Connaissance pratique des règles de la CCI (RUU 600 ; RPIS 98 ; RUGD 758 ; pratiques bancaires internationales)
- Connaissance des types de paiements SWIFT et de messages visant les lettres de crédit (séries MT700, MT100 et MT400)
- Logiciels de traitement des opérations de commerce international, comme Trade 360
- Expérience en service à la clientèle

Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis, car vous ferez régulièrement affaire avec des partenaires partout au Canada.

**What is the opportunity?**

Reporting to the Manager, Trade Operations, this position is expected to provide support for all related processing of documentation and administration of all Trade related products (Guarantees, Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections).
