**Position: Restaurant Manager**

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for maintaining the restaurant’s cleanliness, organization, and overall level of service. To be successful as a Restaurant Manager, you should be able to maintain a high level of customer service and ensure all employees are trained and ready to deliver the best experience to guests. Ultimately, a highly-skilled Restaurant Manager will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have a great dining experience.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Must have a valid G license and access to a vehicle**:

- **2+ years of proven restaurant or food service management experience **_(Pizza chain experience is a bonus)_

- Ability to work with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to work weekends
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus preferred
- Ability to communicate, write and read well

- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven time management skills in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to work well with children and have knowledge of food safety guidelines.
- Strong communication skills with employees and customers.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment with many tasks needing attention.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
- Ability to manage the workflow of the kitchen

**Job Duties**:

- Responsible for hiring, training, hiring, monitoring, training, scheduling, payroll, accounting, inventory, cash handling, cleaning, opening and closing duties.
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant from floor to ceiling by performing daily cleaning duties.
- Responsible for overseeing the proper training of employees by reviewing employee performance reviews each shift.
- Responsible for ensuring all staff are on duty at all times and reporting any disciplinary issues or concerns immediately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.55-$25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON L6H 7P4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
