About The Role:
**What You'll Do**
- Technology Area Strategy
- Execute all aspects of the technical product lifecycle, ensuring its end-to-end success;
- Collaborate with the Product team to manage and prioritize a backlog and roadmap of responsible technology area that fit into the overall corporate strategy;
- Support with identifying, defining, validating, business casing and bringing to life new product opportunities, service improvements and operational efficiencies;
- Develop a deep understanding of market and customer needs to identify opportunities for differentiation;
- Solution Planning
- Support with translating the area strategy and user stories into detailed business requirements;
- Partner with Technology teams to prioritize technical requirements;
- Identify potential solutions conducting market and customer research, vendor assessment, and solutions analysis;
- Support with constructing diagrams and presentations to facilitate communicate and gain alignment on solutions;
- Solution Development
- Manage a fast-moving, cross-functional team of technology, data, and analytics SMEs towards a common, user-first goal;
- Actively participate in the delivery process, including daily stand-up, planning meetings, and retrospectives
- Be the voice of the customer and help provide context, empathy and rationale behind requirements and requests;
- Support with identifying, exposing and validating assumptions;
- Report on performance and measure against established metrics and key results, ensuring expected adoption and impact is met;
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams;
- Solution Launch
- Participate in the launch of highly visible, well documented features and improvements with pace and quality;
- Support with building comprehensive change management plans that address people, process and technology and mitigate against potential issues or pain points;
- Manage the roll-out of the product, gather feedback and continuously optimize;
- Project Delivery
- Partner closely with the PMO or, when required, act as the Project Manager, building timelines and budgets, and identifying resource requirements;
- Provide clear communication, based on established communication cadence, and keep the organization informed on roadmap, priorities, release plans, value measurement, and project status.

What You Bring:

- Five (5) years of experience delivering large scale innovative products;
- Experience working with agile or scrum methodologies;
- Acutely logical; can turn ambiguous problems and big ideas into a roadmap of features, experiments, and research with mínimal guidance;
- Demonstrated ability to assess and prioritize tradeoffs to determine optimal solutions from proposal through to implementation completion;
- A deep understanding and empathy for end-users — you love building products that make our customers feel joy, delight and trust;
- Demonstrated ability to listen and communicate intently building strong relationships across the organization and with external partners;
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment;
- Proven ability to analyze and use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions;
- Experience working with vendors and/or outsourced teams will be considered an asset.

**Salary**

The expected base salary range for this role is $88,200 - $121,200. Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.
