Mobility Administrative Assistant

As a Mobility Assistant with our HNHB regional office, you will be responsible for effective and efficient support and coordination of mobility programs and other administrative processes to meet operational needs of the Hamilton, Simcoe and St Catharine’s offices. Reporting to the Manager of Process Improvement/ Quality Specialist, you will be accountable to perform duties and procedures according to CBI Health policies, standards, and procedures.
The salary range for this position is $37,000 - $40,000 annually, depending on experience.
**Your role**
- Be the onsite contact for equipment and deployment of phones, tablets, and laptops
- Provide back up support for cell phone and client laptop problems, referring to IT support when needed
- Be responsible for new hire mobile device set ups
- Support training related to system upgrades and enhancement as needed
- Maintain a collaborative relationship all CBI Health staff, to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
- Participate in completion of all Health & Safety requirements annually
- Attend annual mandatory in-services and meetings
- Complete annual employment declarations as required
- Perform other duties as required
**What you need to be successful**
- Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft 365
- A positive attitude and ability to work professionally in an office environment
- A valid drivers license, with the ability to work in and travel between the Hamilton, Simcoe, and St. Catharines Home Health offices is required
- Ability to clear a criminal background check upon hire
- Experience and ease with laptops, tablets, and smartphones
- Excellent verbal, written and telecommunication skills, with understanding of community health and/or information technology as an asset
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and have a strong eye to detail with experience in data management preferred.
- Ability to function under pressure, resolve problems and meet changing deadlines and responsibilities
- A patient service/customer service training background an asset
- A college diploma in a related field or equivalent experience an asset
