Westvac Industrial Ltd is a municipal and industrial dealership that has been in operation since 1997. With a head office in Acheson AB, the company has expanded covering all of Western Canada with branch offices in Saskatoon SK, Calgary AB, and Surrey BC. Westvac has three divisions carrying an extensive product line, including Heavy & Automotive Vehicle Lifts, Wheel Servicing Equipment, Garage Equipment, Hydro Excavators, Street Sweepers, Garbage/Refuse Trucks, Fire Apparatus, Municipal Articulating Tractors, Sewer Flushing Equipment, Sewer Camera Inspection Equipment, and a variety of other equipment.

**Branch Manager - Saskatoon, SK**

Westvac Industrial Ltd. is looking for a driven fulltime Branch Manager to oversee our Saskatoon, Saskatchewan location.

This position will also perform the functions of a Sales Representative for our Fleet/Fire Divisions. This scope will include the promotion of municipal vehicles and equipment throughout the provinces of Saskatchewan and Manitoba. In addition to the vehicles this will include the local marketing of the Branch’s Parts and Service departments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Branch Manager or Operations Manager role.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Outside Sales Representative role.
- Post-secondary education is a plus.
- Natural leadership, coaching, and guidance skills. A shown capacity to be a mentor.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Mechanical and technical aptitude to understand equipment.
- Strong display of understanding financials and operating the location efficiently.
- Solid problem solving and decision-making abilities are a must.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are a must.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel and Outlook.
- Clean driving record and abstract. (Class 3 and Q are an asset).
- Must have an aptitude as a driver with the ability to drive a truck/trailer.
- Willingness to travel with a strong understanding of logistics.
- Positive attitude with the ability to self-motivate themselves and a team.

**Responsibilities**
- Duties include but are not limited to:

- Working with head office to manage all day-to-day operations of the location
- Performing the role of a Sales Representative for the Fleet/Fire Divisions.
- Review and understand financials for the location with a key focus on the Branch’s financial performance.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and complete orientations of new employees.
- Perform employee reviews, maintain comprehensive employee records, perform disciplinary actions when necessary.
- To be the direct contact for all customer questions/concerns on behalf of the Saskatoon team.
- Schedule outside service employees.
- To extensively learn all equipment lines to become a Westvac Industrial Ltd. product expert.
- Work with the parts & service departments to complete quotes and orders.
- Oversee the logístical needs of the branch, while occasionally being hands on in shipping and receiving.
- Working with staff to maintain inventory levels of parts and equipment.
- Be an active member of our Safety Committee and the Branch’s Safety Representative.
- Oversee any maintenance issues for the company’s vehicles, equipment, and building.

**Salary information**

Salary is dependent on experience & qualifications. Salary $85,000 with profit sharing incentives
