Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Provide technical support to end-users in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
- Assist with software installations and upgrades
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all support activities in the ticketing system (ConnectWise)
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows, MacOS)
- Familiarity with help desk software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Solid understanding of computer networking concepts
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
