We have an exciting opportunity for an Investor Relations Associate to join our team. This role will involve **outreach, relationship building, and client presentations.**

**Responsibilities & Expectations**:
Reporting directly to **Michael Gord, CEO, **you will be an integral part of the team and have a large responsibility working with current and prospective clients to maintain the relationship, understand their businesses and create long lasting partnerships in a variety of ways.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Direct outreach out to current and potential investors and investor groups to create new, or maintain existing business relationships
- Share company activities, dealflow and relevant updates with investors to make sure they’re engaged with company activities
- Collect, evaluate, and execute changes to documents and presentations based on investor feedback
- Create key documents to represent existing deals into data rooms
- Plan, organize and execute investor events and demo days, ensuring that all elements run smoothly and efficiently
- Create partnerships with associations and other groups that can help our clients and investors
- Additional responsibilities as required

**Required Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree, with emphasis in finance, business, computer science or math is considered an asset
- 2+ years of work experience as an analyst in a top financial institution
- Excited about the prospect of working in a startup environment
- Knowledge and experience in the blockchain, crypto assets and traditional financial markets
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and issues with tact and diplomacy
- Detail oriented with the ability to check documents for accuracy and communicate detailed changes, given regulatory nature of our industry
- Skilled in learning on the job and being a self starter
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Mature, professional, driven, empathetic
