**Job description**:
Vault is a non-bank private mortgage lending company. We have a progressive, friendly work environment and a culture of growth. We are looking for a hard-working Investor Relations Administrator to join our dynamic team.You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative processes of a mutual fund trust and other investment products. You will be working in a fun, fast paced professional environment where being detailed orientated with strong time management skills are critical.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure investor files are complete and organized;
- Pre-populate appropriate subscription documents;
- Responsible for tracking investor cash flow;
- Liaise with other team members, investors and dealers;
- Work with the Fund’s administrators and trustees to complete fund transactions;
- Investigate any discrepancies and non-compliance
- Is familiar with mutual fund trust closing procedures and completes them in a timely manner
- Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual reporting as required.
- Work directly with the President and Management to ensure the investments operate efficiently and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Ontario Securities Commission.
- Additional duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, organize, and execute in a fast paced environment.
- Detail orientated, with excellent organizational and follow up skills.
- Strong written and oral communicator.
- Personable and professional.
- Successfully adapts to changing situations.
- Energetic, works independently within the team.
- Problem solver and a master at puzzles.
- Self-motivated and does not require direction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Previous financial service experience an asset.
