This role is for you if you have an Investor Services/Relations background and want to grow your career.

As an Investor Services Associate at Pinnacle Fund Services, you will:

- Be an important member of a tight-knit team of experienced, qualified professionals who perform as an extension of the client’s finance team.
- Be part of a work environment where your work is appreciated, your efforts are recognized, and you are engaged daily.
- Work with Hedge Fund & Private Equity fund structures.

**Responsibilities**
- Review and process fund subscription and redemption documents according to funds offering documents and appropriate tax and AML/KYC requirements.
- Validate and release investor communications and statements.
- Review and process capital calls, commitments, and distributions according to fund documents.
- Communicate with investors and investment managers as necessary
- Prepare and facilitate processing wires for redemptions and distributions as required.
- Responding to ad-hoc reporting requests as required by clients
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager

**Desired skills and experience**
- Prior Investor Services or client relations experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple demands, competing priorities, and constant change
- Ability to allocate time effectively and manage tight deadlines
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of AML and FATCA/CRS
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Bilingual (French/English) verbal and written communication skills are a plus
